Pre-Order Wigs are made to order ONLY!

All wigs come fully customized with elastic bands, adjustable straps, and some may include combs. They are ready to wear straight out of the package.

  • Processing Time: 14-21 business days
  • Shipping: Standard shipping is 2-5 business days

All units are made in standard sizes (22.5" Medium) with adjustable straps, accommodating head sizes from 20-22.5 inches.

Please allow 14-21 business days on all pre-ordered units. If units are ready to ship, they will be dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Please remember that processing time and shipping time are not the same thing. Processing time is the period it takes us to prepare your order. Shipping time is the period it takes for your order to be delivered once we ship it. Shipping speed may vary based on the method you select at checkout.

Keep in mind that processing times may fluctuate based on the season or demand.
