At J'Adore Naemea we work hard to make your experience the best. We devoted our time to make sure you have the best quality hair and experience, so we asked that you Leave it to us!. Your order will be processed and shipped within 72 hours once payment is received. Processing and deliveries occurs Monday-Friday through USPS. We require a signature confirmation to guarantee your order arrives at the right destination. We offer express shipping for our loves who need their hair in a day or two. Order must be placed by 12:00 EST to be ship out the same day. No shipping on weekends or holidays.
Pre-Order Takes may take up to 21 business days to prepared not including weekends or holidays before a tracking is generated. We ask that you please be patient with us. once your order have been process you will receive an email with your tracking information. Thank you!

Return/Exchange policy

Once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. In the event of a mistake on the sellers behalf we offer exchanges of product only if the returned product is not damaged and returned in the original condition.
To be eligible for a EXCHANGE, the item must be in the same state when you received it. The hair must not be washed, Cannot be use or worne, bundles and wig tags must be attach. Exchange maybe consider within 5 days of the time you received the item. If the merchandise is not returned in the same condition in which it was received, the exchange will not be accepted.
Please Note: All shipping cost for Exchanges must be covered by the customer unless otherwise.
